New Multifaster: built to complement, engineered for more pressure

New Multifaster: built to complement, engineered for more pressure

Introducing the New Multifaster, the latest addition to our renowned line of multiconnections. This new range is an extension of our proven technology, meticulously engineered to meet the evolving demands of your applications.

With a maximum working pressure of 350 bar (5,000 PSI), New Multifaster delivers enhanced performance and durability, ensuring superior reliability and efficiency. A distinctive visual coating makes this series easy to identify.

Every current Multifaster model can be developed according to the features of the “New Multifaster” version, allowing to meet any market need. Experience the future of hydraulics — discover New Multifaster today.

Product Benefits

  • Maximum operating pressure is fully compliant with standard Construction Equipment application requirements
  • Exceptionally Smooth Operation: Enjoy maximum comfort during connection and disconnection, with a soft, effortless feel
  • The lever-based latching system prevents any risk of premature failure caused by brinelling, (see our glossary for a description of the phenomenon).
  • Maximum flexibility across every series with our new-generation, left and right-sided lever options"
  • Simultaneous Connection: The system allows to connect multiple hydraulic lines simultaneously using a single, effortless lever.
  • Reduced Risk: Using a multi-coupling system helps to avoid incorrect connections, leaks, and fluid contamination.
  • Flat-Face Couplings: Integrated flat-face quick couplings prevent oil spillage during connection and disconnection.
  • Ergonomic Design: The ergonomic lever makes it easy for the operator to connect and disconnect attachments.
  • Time Saving: The ability to connect multiple lines at once saves a significant amount of time during operations.
  • One connection: it handles a wide range of fluids (hydraulic oil, grease, water, glycol, etc.) and even electricity, streamlining work.
  • An expanding catalog: in addition to the series already in our catalog, we're adding more. Please don't hesitate to contact us to select your new series.

FAQ

Yes, even though mixing the two series is not a recommended option, as the maximum operating pressure would be limited to 250 bar (3,600 PSI)

Black coating treatment applied to male coupling adapters and to female coupler sliders is the most visible difference. Also, there’s a dedicated label for this series, where max. working pressure is mentioned.

P506HD, P508HD and P510HD, which represent the 350 bar-version of P506, P508 and P510 series.

Some service parts (e.g.: safety lock, screws) are in common, some others (couplings, lever) aren’t  but all of them can be ordered whenever necessary.

The main driver for making this decision is the operating pressure of the machinery: if that doesn’t exceed 250 bars (3,600 PSI) there’s no reason to switch.

Why did Faster launch this new series, taking into consideration that PH series was an option already available?

PH series suit heavy-duty applications, while the New Multifaster is better suited for a variety of applications that aren't necessarily heavy-duty, but where the operating pressure may remain at around 350 bar (5,000 psi) continuously.
